Keris Fort Restoration

Keris Fort is a 300-year-old structure and a typical example of Balti architecture, built with mud brick and solid timber. Restoring its original identity while converting it into a 4-star hotel with modern facilities was a significant challenge — additional structures were added along the riverbank for extra accommodation.
