Amir Mahmood

Amir is a senior architect, interior designer and project manager with more than two and a half decades of experience delivering large-scale developments across Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. His portfolio spans mixed-use towers, corporate headquarters, hospitality resorts and boutique interiors — carried from early concept through client presentation, detail supervision and site delivery.

Over his career he has led design teams on landmark commissions for clients including EOBI Pakistan, PTDC, Destination Hotels & Resorts and the Pakistan Air Force, and served as principal architect on residential towers in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. He founded FORMUS Studio to bring that same rigor to a more intimate scale of hospitality and interior work.

FORMUS Studio is Amir's design-and-build practice, established to handle architecture, interior design and project management under one roof — from destination resorts and hotel interiors to entertainment venues and restaurant fit-outs. The studio operates a hands-on, design-build model, staying involved from concept through construction and delivery.
